Tournament registration difficulties - Personal Data

If your customers report difficulties signing up for Social Tournaments:



1- You must verify the players' personal data.



You can access the Players / Member tab of your club's dashboard, checking if the player in question has a defined date of birth and gender.



It is important to verify that the player's date of birth and gender are defined for the section (category) of the tournament in question.



If you want players of all ages to enter that section, you should put OPEN Level.

If for example you set SEN, only players over 18 can sign up.



The player can change his personal data, in the Tieplayer APP.
