1. In the Tournaments menu on the club/organization dashboard, you must choose the "+ Tournament" button
2. Fill in the general tournament details and save
(all data can then be edited later)
Note:
Dates relate to the start and end of the tournament, you can later define a specific date for each section/category
3. Create New Section
You must create as many sections as categories/draws you want to have in the Tournament
3.1 You must fill in the fields requested to characterize the section.
- edit name: clicking on the pencil in front of New Draw
- choose the gender to be accepted in this section: male, female or both
- Type will always be: Normal
- Level: Age group accept. If you want all ages to register, put OPEN.
- Dates: dates this section will take place (sometimes it can only be on one of the tournament days).
- Qualification Date: if there is Qualification, indicate here the dates on which the qualification for this section will be played.
- Team constitution, maximum number of players (example: 10 players), there could be more or there could be less.
- Advancedence to show submitted teams (in minutes), this is the time that the captain or sub-captain has to be able to select the team to play in that round online.
- the "Teams" menu must be well defined to avoid problems during the tournament
- Rating Filters: This function allows only players with a certain rating to enter the section (rating is defined in the member player record, modalities tab). If once again the objective is for all players to be able to sign up you should place from lowest to highest (example: D- to A)
3.2 You must fill in the fields requested to characterize the section.
- Other options: in the check boxes you must select what makes sense for your tournament.
- Payment conditions: a box to write something that is, for example, mandatory to participate.
- Entry fee*: entry / registration fee for the section.
* You can enter the value for viewing/information only.
- Event item for subscrition**: choose which article to consider for entry/registration in the section.
** If the organization/club is not a TieSports Customer, they can also receive tournament registration fees. (contact the support team)
- Payment method for registrations ***: you can choose which payment method is possible to pay the entry fee.
*** If you want customers to be able to pay using the means available at the club, choose the Customer Account Registration / APP Wallet option.
- Auto generate: by turning on this box, as soon as a player signs up, the expense for payment is automatically generated. If you only want to generate payments at the end of registrations, leave this check mark blank.
3.3 You must fill in the fields requested to characterize the section.
- in the checkboxes you must select what makes sense for your tournament
- Format: whether you wish to register in double or single form
- Start of registration / end of registration*: you must enter the date and time when registration opens and the date and time when registration ends.
- Payment deadline*: date until when payment of the registration fee via electronic payment is accepted.
- Cancellation deadline*: date until a player can cancel their subscription autonomously through the Tieplayer app.
* You can change any of these dates at any time. (as well as any of the data filled in so far)
- Color displayed in the planner: you can choose the color with which this section will be identified in Order of Play /planner
CLICK "SAVE"

After a section has been created, you can clone the others by editing only details such as name, gender and color.
To do this, you must click on the newly created section.
Click on "Section Settings"
Going down the page, next to the Save button, you will find: Clone this section
