1. In the Tournaments menu on the club/organization dashboard, you must choose the Button "+ Tournament"
2. Fill in the general tournament details and save
(all data can be edited later)
Note: the dates relate to the start date and end date of the tournament, you can later define a specific date for each category/gender/age
3. Click New Section
You must create as many sections as you need in the Tournament, (ages/genders)
3.1 You must fill in the fields requested to characterize the section.
- edit section name: clicking on the pencil in front of New Draw
- choose the gender to be accepted in this section: male, female or mixed
- Type will always be: Normal
- Level: age range accept. If you want all ages to register, put OPEN (Aberto).
- Dates: the dates this section will take place (sometimes, can only be on one of the tournament days).
- Qualification Date: if there is Qualification, indicate here the dates on which the qualification for this section will be played.
- Rating Filters: This function allows only players with a certain rating to enter the section (rating is defined in the member player record, modalities tab). If once again the goal is for all players to be able to sign up you should place from lowest to highest (example: 10 to 1 for Tennis and 6 to 1 for Padel)
3.2 You must fill in the fields requested to characterize the section.
- Other options: in the check boxes you must select what makes sense for your tornament.
- Participation conditions: write something that is mandatory to participate Ex: being a Federated player..
- Entry fee: entry fee / registration for this section.
- Event item for subscription: choose which event item to consider for this tournament entry fee.
If the organization/club is not a TieSports Customer, they can also receive tournament registration fees. (contact the support team)
- Payment method for registration: you can choose which payment method is possible for the players can pay the entry fee.
- Auto generate: Checking on this box, as soon as a player signs up, the expense for payment is automatically generated. If you only want to generate payments at the end of registrations, leave this uncheck until you decided.
3.3 You must fill in the fields requested to characterize the section.
- in the checkboxes you must select what makes sense for your tornament
- Format: whether the player wants to register with a partner or individually
- Sign up start / Sign up end: you must enter the date and time when registration opens and the date and time when registration ends.
- Payment deadline: date and time until payment of the registration fee is accepted (only for electronic payments).
- Cancellation deadline: date and time until a player can cancel his subscription through the TiePlayer app (without any fee).
- Color for schedule matches : you can choose the color with which this section will be identified in the "Order of Play" (Public page) / "Go to planner" (admin page)
Note:
You can change any of these dates at any time. (as well as any of the data filled in so far)
