Platform subscription for professionals - Payment of the Service and your invoice

Introduction

This article is intended for professionals who have a subscription to the Tiesports software platform for managing a club, federation, sports corporation or tournament organizer.

SaaS (Software as a Service) being software made available via the Internet requires monthly payment as determined when contracting it. The user must make payments online through access to their administrative dashboard. This manual serves to demonstrate how to proceed.

Recorded Expenses

Expenses that can be paid online are as follows:

● TOP, XTRA subscription monthly fees

● Website

● AIR Services (Check-IN);

● Automation Services (Lights and Access Control)

● Tournament Tickets

● Ranking Tickets

● In-APP advertising

How to make?

In your administrative dashboard, open the CUSTOMERS / SALES tab and click on the Tiesports Software button.

In the List you will be able to see all your expenses filtering by dates if necessary

How can I pay?

To make the payment, you must choose one of the payment methods in the expense line.

By choosing Ref. MB you will be given the payment reference.

In the case of the MB Way, you will be asked to indicate the telephone number so that you can then receive payment in your Mb Way App or bank.

To pay by credit card, you will be asked for your card details.

How to get the invoice?

After confirming your payment, the invoice will be generated automatically and will appear on this same list.

That is, just click on the description column of the invoices to download the invoice. It is possible to verify some delay in issuing the invoice, so you should return to this panel later to be able to extract it.

To consult invoices from previous months, check the date of the search, as in the points above.
