New Class / Schedule

1. To create a Class, I must click on the Classes tab, New Class button

2. Fill in all the fields as desired, and click Save

Note: if you want all players of all ages and genders to participate in the class, you must make the Rating, Ages and Genders filters as broad as possible, as in the image below.

3. After creating the class, you can edit any details of the previous ones in the details tab.

3.1 In the Time Slots, you can add the schedules for this class. Clicking on the desired day of the week and time.

3.2 You must check and fill in all the fields, finishing by clicking SAVE

4. In the Players tab, we will now add players from those schedules

4.1 You can search by player name, (turning on the check mark ignores the filters)

Once you have found the player to add, you must choose the button in front of that player, add player

4.2 You must select which time(s) the player will attend, choose the monthly fee to be allocated and the first month in which the monthly fee begins.

Clicking Yes to proceed.
